Fantástico
Estaba realmente impresionado con este Residence Inn. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero la habitación de la habitación era muy buena. 3) El personal fue muy útil. Sólo una estancia muy buena para un viaje de esquí de 4 días a Steamboat. La sala de esquí en el lobby también es un buen toque. También: Hay un estacionamiento en el lugar, y un supermercado de seguridad a medias cuadras. Y hay una tienda de Ski Haus en la calle para alquilar equipos. Y la parada de autobús gratis a la ciudad y al esquí es a medias cuadras de distancia! Nota: Es un hotel caro. Probablemente 3x más de $ que la mayoría de Residence Inn's que he permanecido en. Usé puntos Bonvoi.

CCOGuestSecond stay here. I should have reviewed it last year, but forgot. Excellent property. Seemed organized, which is not so common! That is why I returned! Plenty of free parking, no road noise, room was clean and bright. TV worked, A/C worked, coffeemaker worked, etc. Yes, it is a largely prefab breakfast, but to their credit, they had almond milk at breakfast. Wow! So appreciated. Most places like this do not have it. Staff seemed on top of things, gave me a good idea as far as dining,too. Negatives: heard the next door neighbors, who were loud, and the shower head was weak. Made the shower too long to get rinsed. Common problem. Would def. stay here again. Just seems like they have it togther here and my stay was good. (Lifetime Diamond, so no rookies here!!)

JJohn RBelow is the email I sent to the Nordic after our stay in September 2024. During our stay the Front Desk indicated they would provide a discount, but never did. We paid close to $400 per night. There are FAR better options in Steamboat that are cleaner and more reasonably priced for what you get at the Nordic. We have stayed at the Nordic multiple times for over 15 years. Apparently it has changed ownership and the quality, cleanliness, and care the old owners put into making your stay perfect no longer exists. The place is run down, filthy, and in desperate need of updating. It is a shame really because this place used to be a gem. They'll stay in business due to the location. Don't believe the 5 star reviews. They are likely planted by the owners/management. Filter by 1 and 2 star reviews and you'll see the real reviews. Below is the email we sent to the Nordic and we did not get a response. I bet we will on this Trip Advisor post though..... We have stayed at the Nordic several times over the past 15 years. The rooms were always clean, there was ample parking and it was peaceful. We did not have any of those this past weekend. Our room was not very clean and had an odor to it when we arrived. Towels and linens were of poor quality and there were visible stains on both. Not sure if it is the construction going on next door, but we had a hard time find parking near our room. Also, the construction was going on at ridiculous hours. Equipment was started around 7:00 AM on Saturday and asphalt operations, which were loud and emitted a toxic smell, were still occurring at 7:00 PM on Saturday night. Construction is far from complete. We recognize that some of these things are out of your control, but clean odor free rooms and clean linens you have complete control over. Perhaps due to the things that are out of your control you could provide a discounted rate as you stated you would, especially for rooms that back up to a 12 hour per day construction operation. After over a decade of staying at the Nordic we will find it very hard to stay with you again or recommend you to others as we always have due to the recent experience

UUsuario invitadoGood things were location, cleanliness, and modern (flipped) updates, big kitchen with all needed cooking appliances. Bad things were: room wasn’t ready upon arrival two hours after checkin (same for several other people waiting); noise - window A/C units kept in during winter created only a thin sheet of plastic separating outdoors. Lots of stomping, carts rolling, yelling at night, and traffic noise right outside bedrooms; poor responsiveness for missing items (no coffee maker - took three calls over several hours), no soap or shampoo in showers (delivered on last day), not enough coffee packets (never delivered despite multiple calls). Shuttle service very iffy. Sometimes only one running during high volume times. Advertisement on trip.com did not reveal that place was under major construction so no pool or hot tub or ski lockers available. Sidewalks and entry extremely icy and dangerous to walk on. Makeshift second floor check in room (due to construction) required walking on icy walkways and staircases to get to. Surprised they could get away with this from an insurance perspective.
