Good location of the hotel, small rooms, good soundproofing

Отличный отель! Чисто, просторно, большая кровать! Вкусно пахнет! Спокойно, тихо! Пешком до Галереи и Дуомо 10-15 минут) Вернусь сюда точно!

Es como un hotel de autoservicio, no cambian las toallas en la habitación, debes recogerlas tú mismo en la recepción. La recepcionista fue extremadamente grosera. No nos proporcionó toallas corporales ni siquiera cuando se las pedimos. El mismo desayuno todos los días, ascensor pequeño para un máximo de 2 personas, sin ventilación... ¡Aléjate de este hotel, servicios muy deficientes y mucho dinero gastado en cero servicios!

This hotel is 4.5 * for ne. Close to everything, shops, restaurants, tram and places of interest. Fir a 2 day stay, the room is perfect for us. Small but nice, very clean and modern bathroom with all essentials in the bathroom (toothbrush, shampoo and conditioner, glasses, etc). There's even a peculator and nice selection of tea. Bed is comfy and big. Size of the room is ok. Most of front desk attendant is so helpful and friendly ☺️. Check in was a breeze. The only thing is very small lift. I suppose it will be similar to other boutique hotel. I like this hotel!

Excellent hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice comfortable room - bed good, tv nice, internet powerful. In a quiet location yet only 10 minutes walk to the Duomo Plaza. Shower area superb. Air conditioning in the room worked well as evening was still very warm outside. Tasty scrambled egg for breakfast and good choice of items including fruit juices, yoghourts and cereals. Room well cleaned every day and overall all hotel areas very clean. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended for central Milano.

The Hotel Mentana is the perfect place to stay to explore Milan. A quick 10 minute walk to the Duomo Cathedral & historic areas, with lots of restaurants & cafes nearby. The buffet breakfast is quite good and the staff very helpful with restaurant recommendations & any other suggestions. Rooms were spacious by Italian standards with good bathroom amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Milan.

Traveled with a group of 10. While the rooms were smaller, the accommodations, breakfast, service, location were exactly what we required for our short overnight stay in Milan. Excellent value even during busy Milan Fashion Week. The hotel went out of the way to make sure the early risers had breakfast before departing on the weekend. Our only regret is that we did not have more time to stay at this hotel and in the city of Milan. Every staff member was helpful making our short visit even more special.

Clean and helpful staff. We were initially given room 406 very noisy. I think they share a common wall with another property. They were playing drums late into the night. We were booked to stay for 5 nights so thankfully we were move to another area of the hotel. Take your own hairdryer - switches off automatically after 2 minutes. Laura in reception was very helpful. Not very sound proof.

This is a hotel that has the worst customer service. They have very dangerous employees who are very aggressive and rude. I booked a room with two separate beds, and when I arrive at the hotel they told me that they don’t have separate beds so naturally I wanted to cancel my reservation. They rejected my request and didn’t refund the money. This is not the worst thing, there was a girl in the reception, she said she’s alone there and she can’t separate the beds by herself and when I insist on the cancellation she started hitting the computer with the mouse and the table. She literally hit it and broke it. It wasn’t working when I left there:) Completely lost her control, I thought she was going to hurt herself or someone else there. I immediately left the hotel in order not to get in trouble because if you are a tourist this would be a big problem for you. I still didn’t have my money back. So I do not recommend them and I don’t suggest you to choose them unless if you have a bodyguard with you.

Just back from a 2 night stay in Hotel Mentanta. The hotel is in good location with very helpful friendly staff. The rooms are of good standard and size. The breakfast for me was disappointing-no hot food just pastries, fruit, yogurts cheese, hams and bread. The hotel was very noisy, you could hear every noise, the plumbing which woke me every hour. Beds where comfortable but the linen was to light for this time of year.

Spent 2 nights at this lovely hotel and what a good choice it was. Ideally located for visiting the main attractions, but in a quiet residential area away from the noise and crowds. The room and bathroom, although small was modern and very clean and was more than adequate for our short stay. The reception staff were helpful and friendly and were able to get us taxis very quickly when needed. Would be happy to return here on my next visit.

For a small quiet comfortable hotel in the centre of Milan, this is hard to beat. It is in the old quarter of the city, mostly a residential area with narrow twisting streets, but it is only a few minutes walk from the Duomo, and easy to catch a tram or bus on the Via Torino, or the metro at Cordusio. Our rooms were small but very comfortable and quiet, and well equipped. Breakfast is served in the basement and is very adequate. The staff are helpful and polite, and were able to summon a taxi very quickly. An ideal base if you want a simple, friendly and comfortable base in central Milan. We would book again.
