Hoteles en Porta Vittoria, Milán

My stay at Hotel Raffaello was brilliant. The staff were amazing, the breakfast buffet was exquisite with a variety of food options, I had no issues with the internet, the hotel bar was great (and so was the bar tender), and I really loved my shower. The only negative with the economy single was that the size was a bit smaller than anticipated. The hotel location was perfect for me as it is within walking distance to two tram stops (1 and 5 mins away) making it well connected. It was not too central, which is great because it meant that the area was less crowded and quieter than if it were located closer to the center. I would recommend the hotel to anyone, for sure!

It is always good to be in Milan. The May weather was rainy and cold for me but that is exactly what I was craving for, coming from a hot desert climate. The staff at the Hotel were very polite, whether at the Reception or the Restaurant. The Breakfast was very well laid out and the variety was huge. The drinks menu was vast, though we were only drinking Wine or Beer. The dinner menu had something for everyone and the food tasted good. The rooms need a lot more attention as they are looking old and worn out. The bed was not comfortable. Will I stay there again? Only if they improve their rooms.

La segunda estancia, el hotel está ubicado en una zona residencial suburbana, muy tranquila, un taxi al centro de la ciudad de unos 15 euros, el precio es muy alto, la salud es buena, el desayuno es muy rico, varios restaurantes chinos cerca, El equipo del AC Milan se quedó en el día, debería haber un partido en San Siro esa noche

Me alojé en el albergue Bovisa Urban Garden durante 2 días. Después del primer día, a la mañana siguiente comencé a sentir picazón en manos y pies. Al día siguiente, aparecieron pequeños bultos rojos, el centro de los bultos estaba más oscuro y picaba. Fui a la farmacia a comprar medicinas y me dijeron que eran picaduras de chinches. Después del tratamiento en los días siguientes, la condición no mejoró. Envié un correo electrónico al albergue sobre mi condición y me dijeron que habían revisado y que no había chinches 🤷🏻♀️. Por lo tanto, escribo esta reseña solo para advertir a todos que revisen cuidadosamente las sábanas antes de usarlas.

Estaba a menudo en este hotel y es para mí una familia. Personal muy amable y disponible. El desayuno es siempre bueno y rica. Puedo dejar mi coche delante del hotel en el estacionamiento libre y moverme con los medios fácilmente. Como en casa

Where do I start, I travel a lot around the world due to my work, especially across Europe and I have stayed in every type of hotel & accommodation you could imagine. Ranging from basic convient bed & breakfast to high end luxury 5 star plus hotels. However My fiancée & I ended up staying at Hotel Berlino as part of a “secret getaway” present, so we had no choice on the accommodation as it was already part of the package & gift. We hadn’t been to Milan together, although I had been on a quick work trip where I stayed for one night and didn’t really visit any sights or do the general tourism trips. Hotel Berlino is way off the beat and track, in a neighbourhood which is quite run down, rubbish everywhere and graffiti on every other building, wall, shop and restaurant. It doesn’t look pretty at all. The hotel is average at best, very dated and basic rooms with no vibe, ambience or love. However we had lots planned and it was merely a place to leave our bags, sleep and wash. With that said, we found the staff to be dismissive, unfriendly and quite rude, bearing in mind they are in customer service roles and we the customers should be the most important factor in their jobs. This was not the case, anything we asked, for example directions, they almost couldn’t be bothered, it wasn’t a genuinely friendly or welcoming service. I haven’t experienced this in other hotels across most parts of the world. The place needs a refurb, it’s old, tired and dull and so are the staff at reception. Our first impressions of the hotel and Italy itself were in their hands and they really need to understand how important a warm friendly welcome is. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and also Milan itself was terrible, people looked depressed, unhappy and came across as rude. It’s a dirty city lacking love and character. Whoever puts Milan in the same category as London, New York and Paris is way off, Milan doesn't compete in any way, shape or form, it just so underwhelming. Something else to note is that the walls in the hotel are thin as paper, you could hear anything and everything people were saying in other rooms literally every word, cough, laugh or movement, be ready for that because it really difficult to sleep with so much noise. The rooms however were cleaned everyday so thank you to the cleaning staff you done a great job and cleanliness was not an issue. So all in all, I wouldn’t visit Milan or Hotel Berlino again, However we LOVED our day trip to Lake Como (Varenna, Menaggio and Bellagio) it really is a gem and beautiful throughout, so scenic, romantic and the total opposite of Milan. My recommendation is to Skip Milan and go straight to Lake Como!! Sorry Milan, never again and from the other reviews I’m not the only one!!!

Hemos estado aquí para uno de los conciertos de Coldplay desde domingo a martes. El hotel está en una zona excelente fuera del caos habitual y cmq bien servido con el tranvía 14 y poco lejos de la carretera segura, fácilmente accesible a pie. Las habitaciones son limpias y hermosas frescas con aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo. Si uno tiene un sueño ligero ojo a las habitaciones hacia la carretera que pasa por debajo del tranvía. Para el resto personal muy amable . En general satisfecho 👍
