After graduating from Jackson State University in 2019, he returned to Ethiopia and joined Cactus, the country’s largest marketing and advertising agency, where he worked on campaigns for global giants like Heineken, DSTV, and Unilever. Taking his passion for visual storytelling to the next level, Yohannes ventured into content creation on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, achieving 500,000+ followers and 70 million views in just 14 months. This remarkable success showcases his ability to captivate audiences and create impactful narratives. As the founder of 1take production, Yohannes has positioned his company as a leader in Ethiopia’s production industry, crafting high-quality content for international brands and addressing the need for locally produced media.
