The French diplomatic network joins the nation in mourning alongside our compatriots in Mayotte. Our thoughts are with the families and loved ones of the many victims of cyclone Chido as it passed over Mayotte.

We renewed our partnerships with Deutsche Botschaftsschule (German Embassy School), Flipper International School, Kelem International School  and Gibson School Systems. This step not only reaffirms our commitment to promoting French as a valuable language skill but also opens new horizons for Ethiopian students—enhancing their prospects in higher education, international collaboration, and professional opportunities.

Following last week's symbolic handover of three superb lithic artifacts from French Minister Jean-Noël Barrot to Ethiopian Minister of Tourism Selamawit Kassa, we had the pleasure of bringing to EHA's collections the remaining 3,558 lithic artifacts collected by an Ethio-French mission led by Professor Chavaillon at the famous prehistoric site of Melka Kunture in the 1970s.
