Employers have a vital role to play in supporting individuals with #MentalHealth conditions to thrive in the workplace. Reasonable accommodations can make a huge difference to people living with mental health conditions. They should be specific to an individual person’s needs. Examples can include: 🔹 Flexible working hours and regular, supportive check-ins 🔹 Extra support when returning to work after an absence. Employers should also provide managers with training to recognize and address stressors in the workplace. Trained managers can effectively support their teams and foster a healthier, more supportive work environment. By fostering inclusive environments where everyone feels supported and valued, we can empower our teams to perform at their best.
