Union fishing vessels may be authorised to fish in waters under the fisheries jurisdiction of the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Norway and in the fishing zone around Jan Mayen subject to the TACs set out in Annex I to this Regulation and subject to the conditions provided for in Article 19 and Part A of Annex V to this Regulation and in Regulation (EU) 2017/2403 of the European Parliament and of the Council (32) and its implementing provisions.
