By decision of 21 May 2003, the Commission appointed Mr Francesco MARIUZZO as a member of the Advisory Committee on the Opening-up of Public Procurement. The term of office of this new member shall take effect on the date of that decision until 31 March 2004, the date on which the term of office of the other members of the Committee expires, since the latter were appointed by decision of 9 July 2002(1) for a period of two years.
