On page 91, Article 2, second line:
for:
‘It shall apply from 1 January 2005 except Article 1(21) which shall apply from 31 October 2004 ’,
read:
‘It shall apply from 1 January 2005 except Article 1(22) which shall apply from 31 October 2004 ’.
