This publication confers the right to oppose the cancellation request pursuant to Article 98 of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council (1), in conjunction with Article 19 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/33 (2), as well as pursuant to Articles 11, 12 and 21(3) of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/33.

5. Details of the cancellation request
The product specification ‘Südburgenland’ is not needed any more as it has been integrated in the PDO Eisenberg. The PDO ‘Südburgenland’ has been cancelled by the new law in 2016.
