- Reliable and comparable international statistics can be produced and made available to business, financial institutions, governments and other operators in the international market, only if statistics are based on common standards. With the revision of the Statistical Classification of Economic Activities in the European Union, the European Statistical System provides a classification that allows the production of accurate statistics of high quality that reflect our economy.
