AUTORITÀ NAZIONALI COMPETENTI
di cui all’articolo 2, lettera b), del regolamento (CE) n. 1338/2001 del Consiglio
(2015/C 264/02)
Il regolamento (CE) n. 1338/2001 del Consiglio (1), che definisce talune misure necessarie alla protezione dell’euro contro la falsificazione, stabilisce che gli elenchi delle autorità nazionali competenti vengano pubblicati nella Gazzetta ufficiale dell’Unione europea.
Il regolamento (CE) n. 1339/2001 del Consiglio (2) ha esteso agli Stati membri che non hanno adottato l’euro quale moneta unica gli effetti del regolamento (CE) n. 1338/2001.
In conformità di detti regolamenti, gli Stati membri hanno designato le autorità competenti, a livello nazionale, per la lotta alla falsificazione.
La Commissione ha stilato gli elenchi delle autorità nazionali competenti. L’elenco che si riporta di seguito sostituisce gli elenchi delle autorità nazionali competenti pubblicati nella
GU C 56 del 10.3.2009, pag. 3
.
Gli elenchi riportati di seguito corrispondono ai quattro trattini dell’articolo 2, lettera b), del regolamento (CE) n. 1338/2001.
