Corrigendum to Council Regulation (EC) No 2370/2002 of 20 December 2002 establishing an emergency Community measure for scrapping fishing vessels

On page 58, in Article 6, paragraph 1:

for:

‘1.   Member States shall submit their applications for the payment of the expenditure by 30 June 2004.’,

read:

‘1.   Member States shall submit their applications for the reimbursement of the expenditure by 30 June 2004.’.

On page 58, in Article 7:

for:

‘For the period 2004 to 2006 the necessary funds for financing the emergency Community measure for scrapping fishing vessels ... ’,

read:

‘For the period 2004 to 2006 the necessary financial resources for financing the emergency Community measure for scrapping fishing vessels ... ’.
