Notice concerning the countervailing duty and the anti-dumping duty in force in respect of imports into the Community of polyethylene terephthalate film originating, inter alia, in India: modification of the address of a company subject to an individual countervailing and anti-dumping duty rate (2002/C 189/08) Imports of polyethylene terephthalate film originating, inter alia, in India are subject to a definitive countervailing duty, imposed by Council Regulation (EC) No 2597/1999(1) and a definitive anti-dumping duty, imposed by Council Regulation (EC) No 1676/2001(2). Jindal Polyester Limited, a company located in India, whose exports to the Community of polyethylene terephthalate film are subject to an individual countervailing duty rate of 7,0 % and an individual anti-dumping duty rate of 0 % by the aforementioned Regulations, has informed the Commission that it has changed its address to 56 Hanuman Road, New Delhi 110 001, India. The company has asked the Commission to confirm that the change of address does not affect the right of the company to benefit from the individual duty rates applied to the company under its previous address. The Commission has examined the information supplied, which demonstrates that all the company's activities linked to the manufacturing, sales and exports of polyethylene terephthalate film are unaffected by the change of address. The Commission therefore concludes that the change of address in no way affects the findings of Regulations (EC) No 2597/1999 and (EC) No 1676/2001. In view of the absence of any substantive change of circumstances, the reference to the address of Jindal Polyester Limited, should be read as 56 Hanuman Road, New Delhi 110 001, India, in Article 1(2) of Regulation (EC) No 2597/1999 and Article 1(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1676/2001.
