A common carbon infrastructure will significantly reduce project-specific costs. Herkko avasi Euroopan parlamentissa hankkeemme etenemistä case-esimerkkinä tilaisuudessa, jossa pureuduttiin Itämeren alueen innostaviin vetyhankkeisiin. Suomen paviljongissa keskusteltiin puolestaan toissapäivänä Suomesta investointikohteena. Herkko kertoi tapahtumassa Alpiqin investoinnista yhtiöömme. Kiitos kutsusta Business Finland! Vety on Suomelle massiivinen mahdollisuus investointien houkuttelijana. Jos investoinnit toteutuvat toivotusti, vetyarvoketju voi vuonna 2035 vastata peräti 13 prosentista suomalaista BKT:ta ja luoda samalla 115 000 työpaikkaa. Tätä mahdollisuutta ei kannata aliarvioida, ja siksi keskusteluja kannattaa käydä Euroopan ytimessä! 🙌🌱

How does the the arrival of hydrogen projects change local communities? 🎺 Research consortium #JustH2Transit, funded by Strateginen tutkimus | Strategic Research, is about to find it out. The project organises its first Hydrogen Impact Forum in the City of Pori on 4 December. A round table of people with different perspectives discuss the benefits and drawbacks of hydrogen projects. How should they be shared, by whom, in order to bring about a fair hydrogen transition, in the very small window of opportunity that climate change leaves us?
