Starting January 1, 2025, Veli-Matti Hakala will take on the role of CEO, succeeding Tero Peltomäki, who after a distinguished career, will continue with us as a valued member of our board of directors. 🌟 Veli-Matti’s vision? Share your memories and gratitude with Tero, our CEO, in the comments!     As Tero Peltomäki, our CEO retires and steps into the Board role, we want to honour this incredible journey at Cimcorp 🌟 It has been 42 years since he first step into the company.   From a young engineer in 1978 to CEO, Tero’s career has been a story of curiosity, innovation and dedication. He pioneered ground-breaking solutions like Multipick, expanded Cimcorp globally, and built lasting client relationships with a focus on humility and trust.    “I did not know how significant of a choice it was to join Cimcorp. Since then, I have made so many friends, worked with various cultures, seen, and lived various stages of our company and our solutions,” Tero shares.    Over the years, Tero helped Cimcorp expand across the globe. His trips took him to France, Italy, Korea, China and beyond, where he forged lasting relationships and opened doors for Cimcorp in new markets. He has always believed that Cimcorp’s success has been and still is in its people.    For Tero, humility and customer focus have always been the cornerstones of Cimcorp’s success. "Our customers appreciate that we’re not just trying to sell; we’re there to help them and understand their needs," he says. It’s an approach he believes makes Cimcorp stand out and reflects the strong, unified team behind every project.    As he steps into retirement and continues the work at the Board, we thank Tero for his visionary leadership.     His impact on Cimcorp and the automation industry will continue as he will be joining our board of directors.
