Our discussions centered on entrepreneurship training and the critical role of cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset as a key component of 21st-century competencies. The session facilitated insightful dialogue and the generation of innovative ideas. The second week of the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission delegation's visit to Finland commenced with an engaging visit to the Natural History Museum. Participants enjoyed a walking tour of Harju, where they admired the picturesque views of Jyväskylä from the Vesilinna observation tower. During the expert sessions, group of principals delved into the Finnish core curriculum, focusing on themes such as entrepreneurial skills, creativity, and innovation. We are pleased to welcome the group from Shanghai Municipal Education Commission to Finland and Jyväskylä. This group of twenty education experts is currently exploring the Finnish education system through various activities, including visits, observations, discussions, and workshops. One of the primary objectives of this visit is to provide a comprehensive overview of the Finnish education system, along with the processes involved in teacher education. Additionally, the program aims to illustrate the pedagogical approaches adopted within the Finnish framework, thereby highlighting effective strategies for student engagement. Furthermore, this training is focused on enhancing professional competencies, equipping educators to improve their teaching practices and actively engage students in the learning process.
