About us
As part of the three year project (09/2024 - 08/2026), the Game Hub for SMEs in the Capital Region, a new type of game lab was created in Otaniemi, Espoo. The goal of Espoo Game LAB is simple: equip participants with the essential skills to either land a job in the game industry or establish their game companies. The programme covers key areas like game design, programming, content production, game production and business know-how. The Espoo Game LAB participants get to develop their games as well as themselves in a professional environment. The first Espoo Game LAB round began in March 2024. The next round of application will be in the end of 2024. Stay tuned for more info! The Game Hub for SMEs in the Capital Region -project is funded by the City of Espoo and the European Union. **Note: The participants of the Espoo Game LAB are not employed by the city nor do they receive any compensation from their participation in the programme. **

I'm absolutely thrilled to announce that the Steam page for my first ever game is published and available for wishlisting! The idea for Finnish Cottage 8 was born at Espoo Game LAB and since then our team has been working hard to release the game in February 2025. It's a horror walking simulator set in a mökki that is stuck in a loop. Pay attention and look out for anything out of the ordinary to leave. Wow, what a weekend. I was attending my third Theme Park Finland event, sooo many great artists! But this year was special for me, because I wasn’t only enjoying talks by professionals, but also showing our upcoming game Finnish Cottage 8 at demo zone. I was so busy chatting with people and sharing experience about the development process of the game that I took only this👇 one picture 😅.
