I had the pleasure to talk to Henriette Schulte at Fundview about this fund that has stood the test of time, the benefits of adding high yield to a mainly investment grade portfolio and the importance of stable companies. Honored to have presented at the Bank of Finland and FIN-FSA seminar on "The Impact of AI on Economy, Finance, and Supervision" yesterday. In my talk on "Generative AI in Asset Management: Practical Examples," I highlighted our work with Atlas Intelligence, an AI-powered platform we’ve developed at Evli, as part of our Atlas platform, to turn unstructured data into actionable insights. Atlas enables us to create customized, data-driven portfolios that align with individual values and preferences, from ESG to thematic investments. This tool exemplifies the shift from being data consumers to data producers—using generative AI to build proprietary datasets that redefine what we can do within systematic investing. Thank you to Ville Voutilainen for inviting me to share our experiences, and to Bank of Finland (Suomen Pankki - Finlands Bank) and Finanssivalvonta - Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority for hosting such an insightful event.
