A patient with a diagnosis of retinitis pigmentosa was referred for visual field examination due to suspicion of glaucoma. The iCare COMPASS examination showed a tubular visual field with preserved sensitivity within the macular area. The overlapping of functional and structural data revealed that loci with the lowest sensitivity corresponded to areas with atrophy of the retinal pigment epithelium-photoreceptor complex.
