Invitation to Kemira Oyj’s Annual General Meeting   Kemira’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 1.00 p.m. (EET) at Finlandia Hall. As the year 2024 was strong for Kemira, the Board of Directors is proposing to increase the dividend to EUR 0.74 per share. Registration for the meeting will begin on February 25, 2025, at 9.00 a.m. (EET). Kemira Oyj’s Financial Statements Bulletin 2024: Continued strong performance in 2024, good volume growth in full year 2024 and Q4 2024   Kemira’s year 2024 was strong, and the business model continued to show its resilience also in a varied market environment. We saw solid growth in the water treatment market whereas the weakness in the pulp & paper market continued during the year. Kemira's adjusted revenue reached EUR 2,904 million in 2024 and we saw good volume growth in both segments. Now, Kemira has also been awarded as the best Nordic company in investor relations in Regi’s Annual IR survey. Mikko Pohjala, Vice President of Kemira’s Investor Relations, has been awarded as The Investor Relations Director of the year 2024 by The Finnish Foundation for Share Promotion. Pohjala is a seasoned investor relations professional and has been the Head of Kemira’s investor relations since 2019. The jury thanked Pohjala for his exceptionally active approach to investor relations. “I am very honored to receive this award. I feel this is a recognition for the work done by Kemira’s finance and IR teams. It is a privilege to tell Kemira’s story to the outside work. It has always been rewarding to work with IR at Kemira, as I have always had an excellent IR team, and also Kemira’s finance department and management have understood the importance of this work. This award is especially important to me now, as I'm transitioning to new challenges in strategy work within Kemira. It is wonderful to end my IR career with this award.
