Our team in Finland participated in World Children's Day by hosting "Children's Day at Work." This nationwide initiative is designed to bridge the gap between children and the professional world, allowing them to explore various careers, understand societal roles, and gain valuable insights into adult life.   At our Kempele facility, we have embraced this initiative for several years. Each time, we open our doors to the children of our team members, giving them an opportunity to see the intricate process of wiring harness production up close.
