Pulp & Beyond 2024 was a successful event starting The New Era for PulPaper. We once more want to thank you all the visitors, exhibitors and speakers making the event lively, warm and efficient. 🌲 Two weeks ago, we attended Pulp & Beyond fair which revolved around carbon neutrality and maximizing the potential of every part of the tree, shaping the forest-based bioeconomy. Highlights from the Pulp&Beyond 2024 exhibition:  • Pulp & Beyond together with Helsinki Chemicals Forum and ChemBio Finland attracted a whopping 8 000 visitors to the fair! • KxS retractable refractometer DCM-20 PASVE® for inline liquid monitoring in kraft pulp mill applications was presented for the first time. • Supporting comments from industry leading experts advocating climate related efforts to be balanced with economically feasible activities. • Students from the Faculty of Science and Engineer at Åbo Akademi University joined to get an introduction to the magnificent refractometer and leading-edge companies in the industry . Thanks to Messukeskus, Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre and the Pulp & Beyond fair for rewarding days in Finland with an interesting finale in the Jyväskyla region. Thanks to Metsä Group, Suzano and the research center VTT for showing cutting-edge bio refinery in the interior of Finland!🍀🍀🍀 At Suzano, wood-based SPINNOVA® fiber is manufactured, as a replacement for cotton fiber. At Metsä, we got to see new wood-based products that provides a lower environmental footprint. Here are some pictures from Metsä's Pro Nemus visitor center.
