Honoring members of Lotta Svärd Organisation and War Veterans 🇫🇮 This remarkable 102-year-old lady is one of Finland's Lotta Svärd members who served during the war. The Lottas, alongside our soldiers, made incredible sacrifices from 1939 to 1944, taking on vital roles to support and defend our country. They supported soldiers and freed men for combat by taking on essential tasks like medical aid, logistics, and other vital responsibilities. Hearing her story reminds me how much we owe to these women and all veterans who gave their strength, youth, and courage to support Finland during such difficult times. Their dedication helped build the peace we enjoy today. Let’s remember and honor their sacrifices with pride and gratitude.
