🔴 Significant Milestone: Visy has acquired Autepra UAB We are proud to announce that Visy has acquired its longtime partner Autepra, a leading IT systems integrator for container ports and terminals. “Autepra has proven itself as a high-quality, customer-focused integrator in the ports industry,” said Tomi Korpelainen, Visy and VisionSense Technologies CEO. “Adding Autepra to our team drives our growth strategy, enables us to better serve our customers, and expands our reach into new areas. The synergies are clear, and we’re excited about the future.” Autepra will from now on operate as a subsidiary of Visy as part of VisionSense Technologies group. 📢 News: Visy has acquired Vidamin Oy – an access control and traffic management provider The companies have a shared history as Vidamin has previously used Visy’s license plate recognition software as a part of its access control system. Over the years, both companies have offered similar solutions, therefore combining forces brings both strategic benefits and additional value to customers. “This partnership brings significant synergy benefits and further enhances both companies’ abilities to offer customers more comprehensive, intelligent and secure solutions,” says Visy CEO Tomi Korpelainen. In the future, Visy and Vidamin will tighten their cooperation to offer ever better customized solutions for the market needs, while keeping their own product families and customers. Due to the acquisition, Vidamin becomes a subsidiary of Visy and a part of the VisionSense Technologies group. The acquisition was confirmed 31 December 2024.
