First of all, as soon as you enter the lobby, you are attracted by the spacious and bright space and exquisite decoration, which feels very comfortable and warm. Especially when it came to check-in, Phuong Anh was very helpful to me and I am very grateful to her. The rooms are very spacious, well laid out and fully equipped. The bed was soft and comfortable, giving me a good night's sleep. The bathroom is also very clean and tidy, and the toiletries are of high quality and very reassuring to use. In terms of service, it makes me feel the warmth of home. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and check-in and check-out are very quick and efficient. Here I have to mention Phuong Anh again, her thoughtful service really impressed me. In addition, the hotel's dining is also worth mentioning. Breakfast is rich in variety and tastes. Nice hotel to stay in hanoi.

Service excellent, breakfast excellent. Room very dark, reading light insufficient, bed MUCH too soft. My specific room (211) had a musty odor if the A/C was turned off.
