Красивый вид, но крутой подьем, такси не хотят туда ехать и забирать, нужно ставить точку выще. В номере нет тапочек, залаты простенькие. В целом номера могут быть получше ща эту цену, но все равно приятно. Тихо и спокойно, вдали от цивилизации. Рекомендую 7/10

A small hotel high up on the hill. Very friendly manager, good food and quick service. Two small pools with fantastic view. We had room view see view, very beautiful view out over the sea

非常差勁的酒店差勁的不行了不行的了 千萬不要來這個酒店！！！聽勸不要來！！

景色はキレイで、施設も便利です。しかし、マネージャー不在、連絡が取れず予約の確認ができませんでした。

Cadre magnifique, belle vue, calme, chambre propre. Cependant, il est à soulever que le check-in se termine tôt : 19h… Avec un vol de Bangkok qui est arrivé a 21h, compliqué d’être à l’heure. Hôtel dans la pénombre, environnement désertique… Nous avons alors appelé l’hôtel, le gérant est venu nous accueillir en nous précisant qu’il nous a attendu jusqu’à 21.30 alors que ça ferme à 19h, ce qui est très serviable. Cependant, il a quand même essayé de nous faire culpabiliser en disant «ah oui vous avez vraiment pris le dernier vol là… » —＞ premier signe ! Accueil quand même correct sinon. Une chambre propre. Nous avons rapidement remarqué que la réservation avec un prix plus élevé d’une chambre « vue mer » comme indiqué sur booking n’est en aucun cas véridique !! Nous avons tenté de discuter avec le gérant de cet possible erreur, au vue peut être de notre arrivée tardive de la veille mais un homme froid a fait surface. Négociation/Compréhension impossible, il a de nouveau essayé de me faire passer pour une menteuse en disant que c’était impossible que j’avais réservé une chambre vue mer car « elles sont au moins 6000 thb par jour pas comme la votre » il a précisé. Par ailleurs, la climatisation de la chambre A2 ne fonctionnait pas, enfin si mais bizarrement l’air de la chambre était plus chaud qu’à l’extérieur. Nuit passée sous 30 degrés dans la chambre. Nous avons alors préféré nous en aller et trouver un endroit plus accueillant qui sait répondre à ce qu’on nous promet sur l’annonce. Dans l’attente de la réponse irrespectueuse (comme précédemment dans les autres commentaires) du gérant, nous vous souhaitons un bon voyage

Great spot! Sometimes the Grab taxi’s wouldn’t drive right to the door as it’s a steep hill down, so you’d have to walk up — but overall awesome place!

Absolutely perfect! What a stunning place! Breathtaking ocean views beautifully designed villas & pools it just doesn’t get any better than this! The Spot does not disappoint in any way! You have to see it for yourself! the food the staff the service could not get any better! Highly recommend this place! Thai food & pancakes some of the best we’ve had! 10/10

Leider war alles nicht so sauber. Der Pool war dreckig, Badezimmer verkalkt an den Amaturen. Alles ist in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise kaputt. Der Mülleimer im Zimmer war von außen dreckig. Die Gemeinschaftsküche wird anscheinend nicht sauber gemacht. Die Aussicht war toll, aber mehr leider nicht. Da hat man schon bessere 4 sterne hotels in thailand erlebt.

As an experienced traveller and a flight attendant of 15 years I have stayed in many hotels and other types of accommodation and I have a good understanding on how they should operate. Unfortunately I have quite a few bad points about this one. 1. The location really is out in the sticks. It should be made clear when booking that not all taxis will venture to this property where you will have to rely on using the hosts vehicle as a 'taxi'. I feel the host uses this to his advantage when pricing fares. We pre booked a grab taxi which we were quoted 350Baht due to there also being a 20% offer through the app to get to the airport. The host said they won't come to the property (even though we arrived via a grab taxi from the airport to the villa) but for fear of missing our flight from koh samui airport we booked with the hotel. He told us when paying our hotel bill he was charging us 800 baht for the taxi. I tried to negotiate this but he said it's because he had to get up at 5am. This should have been made clear when we told him of the time we needed to leave and there would be additional charges for him having to get up early. 2. Upon arrival there are no signs to advise where there is a reception area so you find yourself loitering around or hiking up and down steps to find someone. There are stepping like stones to get through the terrain some which are loose and I fell and bent my finger back and scraped my leg. 3. This is my most serious point. There is ZERO respect for privacy. We were on our honeymoon and we used the do not disturb sign on our door. This was completely ignored even after bringing it to the attention of the owner that someone kept coming into our room. They also kept turning our air-conditioning unit off which nowhere does it state it can't be left on. I felt uncomfortable that I could not shower or do anything else for the fear of someone walking in whenever they wanted to. Turns out it's so they can check your mini bar daily. This is not acceptable. It should be checked upon check out or if the guest notifies the hotel to add it to their bill at any point during their stay. It can also be added later as a final audit charge from the hotel which is an agreement when you give your card details over when making a booking with a hotel so there is absolutely no reason why they have to do this check daily. 4. There were 2 power cuts when we were there. Due to the location we were in COMPLETE darkness. On the first occasion, using my phone torch I went down to the 'reception' (which appears to be in the kitchen) and there were no safety policies in place for black outs. No emergency lighting. I said to the owner I need something in our room to be able to see. The owner was scraping through the cupboards for some form of lighting and I was given two tea lights! We have just stayed for 2 nights in this incredible villa and had an amazing time. The service from the staff makes it even more special. They go out for their way massively to make sure you are looked after from arranging taxis, helping with luggage, ordering food to the room, ironing clothes for us and being extremely helpful. The rooms are very nice … aircon made it easy to sleep and the beds are comfy. This is the first place we’ve stayed in Thailand where we haven’t found bugs in the room which is a nice change. The food we had here was fantastic too. Would reccomend this place to anyone who wants to stay somewhere special you will never forget. The manager here is a great guy and has made this trip run very smoothly. Thanks for having us Matt & Ella
