別墅的無敵海景游泳池（鹹水池）真喺無得頂，每天的清潔服務也還OK。但喺，唔知出咗乜事，整棟別墅每天都發出非常濃烈的下水道味道！！！是非常濃烈，噁心的味道，從入住第一天開始就有，而且也一直沒有解決問題，我們一共住了5個晚上！！！我們的別墅號是D1! 二樓有個套房的馬桶不停漏水，也只用毛巾舖在地方了事。入住第二天，廚房頂漏水，就馬上有人來修，否則根本沒法住！ 實話說，有點失望。不過，蘇梅真的漂亮，旅遊環境不錯，下次去蘇梅會選別的地方住。

The villa is located on the hill of chaweng Noi, which is a quite convenient area that you get easy access to Chaweng and Lamai, while you also enjoy the quietness from the bars/shops which is great for a family with kids. The view is the best part, also the villa managers are very helpful.

วิวดีมาก วิลล่าตั้งอยู่บนเขาพร้อมสระว่ายน้ำส่วนตัว สามารถมองเห็นวิวทะเลได้จากที่พัก บรรยากาศเหมาะแก่การพักผ่อนมาก บ้านสะอาด กว้างขวาง ตกแต่งอย่างมีสไตล์ พนักงานเป็นกันเอง ให้ความช่วยเหลือดี ประทับใจสถานที่ ถ้ามีโอกาสจะกลับไปพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

Schlechtes Service Management bis auf eine Thai Dame die aus der Provinz Isaan kommt Schlechte Verarbeitung einer fast neuen Anlage. Schimmel in der Dusche - Betten sehr hart - Kopfkissen unterirdisch - alles billig und schlecht verarbeitet - nur optisch ein sehr guter Eindruck. Pool hat Badewannen Tiefe. The best view, very modern style, and outstanding customer service. During our stay, we had a small party, the staff are very helpful with set ups. Unlike some other villas, the road to the villa is actually quite nice and not too steep. Great choice for a big family or a gorup of friends.

Loved the villa and wonderful view! The host/staff were very friendly and helpful. Only thing is the difficulty of ordering a cab to that area (long waiting times). Same for ordering food but this might be a common issue in Koh Samui and you just need to plan in advance. Overall, definitely recommend the property!
