這個酒店人氣非常旺，人非常多，前台有一位男士會講漢語並且也很友善。設施介於四星與五星之間，早餐非常不錯，豐富，但是人多。值得肯定的是床、床品都非常舒適，我給孩子加了床，難得的是加的床也很舒適，我們都睡的很好。第一天早上8:00到達，帶着長者和孩子，但因為酒店太火沒能提前入住，一直等到快三點，這點有點難過😫 接下來就要説問題了，我認為這個問題不在於酒店，而在於攜程，第一天入住前我跟酒店溝通準備多續訂一晚，我在攜程上下了單但是由於沒有使用國內的手機號所以付款失敗了。後來再跟前台溝通時他們説系統顯示已經訂上了，但是我諮詢攜程酒店管家一口咬定因為我沒有付款所以沒有訂上，我所要預訂的房型已經訂滿了。而後我再次和酒店前台確認前台説系統顯示我沒有訂上，再次和攜程確認攜程咬定我這個續訂訂單無效，沒有訂上。最後我衹得預訂了另一間酒店。但是在退房換酒店時，前台問我還有一晚是不是要取消。我：… 不知道為什麼會出現這種無語的情況，導致我帶着長者和孩子打包行李搬去另一間酒店，非常狼狽。
