Bilan 2024 Part 2: Evolution of Customer Relationships 🤝 Reflecting on 2024, we are excited to share some of the incredible milestones AI4R has achieved this year. 🗽Our journey has been marked by significant growth, particularly in North America. For the past two years, the USA and Canada have solidified their position as our largest market, showcasing our expanding footprint in the region. 📚Our European clients (and not only!) continue to amaze us with their groundbreaking autoradiographic studies. It’s an immense pleasure to see #BeaQuant and AI4R frequently mentioned in their research publications. After all, who better to advocate for us than our satisfied clients? 🙌A noteworthy trend that has emerged over the past five years—and strongly confirmed in 2024—is the increasing number of clients purchasing a second BeaQuant for their laboratories. This trust and repeated investment highlight the value and reliability of our solutions. Looking ahead to 2025, we are committed to further enhancing customer satisfaction. We plan to increase our budget for the customer service department. Notre croissance remarquable nous a conduit à mettre en œuvre des changements et des améliorations significatives pour mieux soutenir nos opérations et notre équipe en expansion. Voici quelques-uns des développements clés: 🖥️ Nouveau Système ERP : Pour rationaliser nos processus et améliorer l'efficacité, nous avons mis en place un nouveau système ERP. 🧾Logiciel de Gestion des Notes de Frais : Pour mieux gérer nos dépenses, nous avons introduit un nouveau logiciel de gestion des notes de frais, assurant transparence et facilité d'utilisation pour tous les employés. 👩🔧Expansion de l'Équipe : Nous sommes fiers d'avoir agrandi notre équipe sans négliger nos membres de longue date. Cette année, nous avons accueilli une nouvelle opératrice dans notre département production et nous recrutons actuellement un(e) technicien(ne) pour notre service client. En fonction du bilan du premier semestre 2025, nous prévoyons d'ouvrir des postes supplémentaires. 🏢 Projet d'Agrandissement des Locaux : Pour soutenir notre croissance et offrir de meilleures conditions d'intégration aux nouvelles recrues, nous prévoyons d'agrandir nos locaux. 🤝Nouveaux Avantages Sociaux : Nous avons introduit de nouveaux avantages sociaux, tels que les chèques-vacances, pour soutenir le pouvoir d'achat de nos salariés et améliorer leur bien-être général. Un grand merci à tous nos employés pour leur dévouement et leur travail acharné dans la réalisation de ces changements et pour aider notre entreprise à croître.
