Altrad Generation Announces Acquisition of UK Assets and Branch Operations of Heras Mobile Fencing & Security (London, UK – 3rd February 2025)   @Altrad Generation, a leading provider of non-mechanical equipment for construction and industry, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the assets and branch operations of Heras Mobile Fencing in the UK. This strategic move will significantly expand Altrad Generation's presence across the country and bolster its capabilities in the supply of temporary fencing and steel compound hoarding solutions. As a result of this acquisition, Altrad Generation will gain six additional locations throughout the UK, expanding its existing network of 32 branches. FR/ Altrad Mefran Collectivités soutient l’association @DENRO au Burkina Faso ALTRAD Collectivités, à l’image de l’ensemble des filiales du groupe ALTRAD, s’implique de façon constante pour améliorer le quotidien des plus déshérités. A cet égard, la société entretient des liens privilégiés avec l’association DENRO située au Burkina Faso, dont l’objectif est de former et éduquer les enfants issus de milieux défavorisés pour leur assurer un avenir meilleur, au moyen d’une éducation de qualité, depuis le préscolaire et jusqu’au lycée. Le sport joue également un rôle important dans cette démarche puisque DENRO s’est fait fort d’initier le sport pour tous avec des équipes féminines et masculines affiliées à des fédérations sportives nationales. Il y a 3 ans, ALTRAD Collectivités avait fait don de matériel pour la création d’une cantine scolaire qui permet actuellement d’accueillir 400 enfants. Et chaque année, notre filiale continue de lever des fonds pour faire don à cette association et venir ainsi en aide aux enfants du Burkina Faso, dans un cadre pérenne, renforcé et renouvelé. And every year, our subsidiary continues to raise funds to donate to this association and thus help the children of Burkina Faso, within a long-term, strengthened and renewed framework.
