After 10 weeks in France, I’ve now arrived in Barcelona for the Smart City Expo World Congress. Being here is a meaningful opportunity for us to explore how our work can contribute to sustainable and reasonable solutions. Smart cities aren’t just about adopting new technology—they’re about creating environments that support communities in a sustainable, adaptable way. Through this expo, we’re connecting with leaders who share this vision and exchanging ideas that inspire us to keep pushing forward. As a company representing Seoul, I feel a deep sense of pride and responsibility. It’s an honor to showcase our work and contribute to conversations that shape spaces in ways that foster sustainability and resilience. Archflow is dedicated to making the work of developers and designers more impactful and meaningful. By addressing repetitive tasks, we help them focus on what truly matters in their roles, enabling them to bring greater creativity and precision to every project. I’m thrilled to announce that Archflow has successfully signed its first partnership agreement with a French real estate company. As part of this partnership, we’ve initiated a Proof of Concept (PoC) agreement, which enable us to conduct real-world testing. Our focus is on improving the accuracy of energy performance analysis and identifying optimized solutions that comply with regulations. This collaboration is not just about testing but about playing a key role in enhancing energy efficiency and delivering solutions that meet regulatory requirements in actual projects. Moving forward, we will continue to work closely with our partner to explore the best ways to optimize energy efficiency in buildings. What makes this collaboration even more meaningful is that the partner's chairman is an architect, which makes this partnership truly special for me. As someone who deeply loves architecture and his work, this partnership is a great honour. ✨ On top of that, it’s now time for our AI to help us make smart decisions.
