🆕 The first public specification of the Chiplet System Architecture (CSA) is now available! This marks a crucial step toward a shared understanding of how to define and connect chiplets into composable SoCs. By aligning on these standards, new chiplet designs can be created, adapted, and re-used to build custom silicon that meets the needs of various AI workloads in different markets.
