Portugal’s commercial real estate is on the rise 📈Are you ready to invest? At Athena Advisers, we’ve been closely observing a significant shift in Portugal’s real estate market. Investors who have traditionally focused on residential properties are increasingly turning to commercial real estate, drawn by its stability and growth potential. As our Managing Director, David Moura-George, explains: “For a commercial real estate investor, residential is just one part of their portfolio. But for the average residential real estate investor, the world of commercial real estate is often placed in another dimension.
