Joy, confidence, sorority ✨ To mark International Women's Rights Day, we wanted to offer our collaborators a moment of well-being and a chance to let go. Yesterday, they were able to take part in a laughter yoga session, a joyful interlude to free the mind, boost self-confidence, and encourage sorority. Because Aubade is a company made up of 93% women, for women, we are committed to creating these moments of connection and empowerment. And of course, we also thought of our remote collaborators, sharing this experience with them so that they, too, could feel this energy and solidarity. Claire succeeds PHILIPPE BERNAUD, after successfully leading the brand’s development for 15 years. With 25 years of experience at Aubade, Claire began her career in the wholesale department before moving into key roles within the company, particularly in marketing, eventually becoming Brand Director. In this role, she successfully led marketing, creative direction, collection management, and R&D, actively contributing to Aubade’s evolution into a premium brand, the expansion of our boutiques, and the strengthening of our unique identity. A passionate and visionary leader, Claire has always fostered a supportive work environment, demonstrating strong adaptability and unwavering commitment—essential qualities for successfully navigating the challenges of today’s business world and leading Aubade toward sustainable growth.
