🌍 Thrilled to have participated in the Women’s Forum 2024! This year’s agenda tackled some of the most critical issues shaping our world, with a focus on climate action (with the testimony of Laurence Pessez) economic resilience, health equity, inclusive technology and Reconciliation, more needed than ever. Regarding Communications : It was very interesting to hear Agathe Bousquet discuss about how to reinvent role models with Reem Kherici, one of the few female movie director in France. By chance, one of the last ad BNP Paribas created with Agathe’s team happens to portray a female movie director.  How can we automate the evaluation of #RAG pipelines based on #GenerativeAI?    👩🔬 👨🔬 121 data scientists from different BNP Paribas entities worked on this question during our last 48-hour international Data Challenge co-organized by BNP Paribas PACE, BNP Paribas Cardif and BNP Paribas CIB!    📏 📐  In the first stage, participants were tasked with designing an "automated evaluator" capable of replicating human validation of RAG answers, based on criteria such as answer relevance, passage relevance, readability, factuality or meta cognition.    👩🔧 👨🔧  In the second stage, participants were tasked with designing a RAG pipeline on BNP Paribas CIB Global Markets research documents. The winning RAG pipeline was selected with the winning evaluator solution of the first stage!   🤖 📈  Participants could dive into state-of-the-art #GenerativeAI concepts on our BNP Paribas Cardif Domino Data Lab platform, using state-of-the-art #LLMs such as Mistral AI models, hosted on BNP Paribas IT infrastructure.    💪 🏆  Congratulations to the 2 winning teams: Maxime De Bruyn, Manuel Piette, @Frederic Gael AGLIN and Andrey Sobolevsky from BNP Paribas Fortis for the best evaluator. Notre étude conduite avec Ipsos révèle que si le Covid inquiète moins qu’en 2021 ; le pouvoir d’achat, les conflits à travers le monde ou la perte d’emploi restent d’importantes sources de #préoccupations. Toutefois, le sentiment d’être protégé contre ces risques augmente dans le monde, même si encore 36% de la population ne s’estime pas assez protégée.
