💥 Portfolio News 💥 Callyope just demonstrated in its first peer-reviewed study that its technology can detect and assess self-reported symptoms of depression, anxiety, insomnia, and fatigue in the general population, using just 60 seconds of speech. This first step demonstrates the potential of speech-based systems for mental health assessment and leads the way for the construction of a mental health monitoring platform. The study, which involved 865 healthy volunteers was published in JMIR Publications. Congrats to the whole Callyope team for this brilliant achievement (many more to come) ! 🙏 Thibault Gwenaël

🚀 Storio Energy raised a 5M€ seed round to build the B2B energy storage leader - starting in France 🇫🇷, with big ambitions to expand to Europe 🇪🇺 ! 🔋 Storio installs and operates batteries, usually coupled with solar panels ☀️, on commercial & industrial sites. Our platform supervises the battery 24/7 to optimize the energy flows, maximize the savings on our clients electricity bills, and generate additional revenues by contributing to the stabilization of the electric grid. 💰 C&I energy storage was not profitable - we're now making it profitable. In fact, we believe that it will soon be unthinkable to install solar panels without adding a battery, and that most batteries should have a Storio logo on them ☺️ ! I'm thankful to start this journey with 3 cofounders and long-time friends: - Julien Dumazert, my partner in crime and ex-cofounder at Data Mechanics (acq. by Spot by NetApp), the data + AI startup we built and exited in 2021. 🚀 Je suis extrêmement heureux d’annoncer que NRJx vient de clôturer une levée de fonds seed de 2M€ pour accélérer la transition énergétique des industriels ! 🌍✨ Ce tour de table a été mené par Bpifrance Digital Venture, avec la participation de Ring Capital, via son fonds seed impact Generations powered by EDHEC et de plusieurs business angels. Il y a tout juste un an, Cédric Faucheux et moi avons décidé de nous lancer avec OSS Ventures pour relever l’un des défis majeurs de notre époque : la décarbonation industrielle. En créant NRJx, nous transformons la gestion énergétique des usines grâce à l'intelligence artificielle 🧠. Notre logiciel analyse l’ensemble des données disponibles sur les sites industriels et détecte, grâce à un algorithme propriétaire, tous les gaspillages énergétiques 🔎, établissant ainsi de nouveaux standards pour réduire les consommations. Plus besoin d’expertise interne : la plateforme guide jour après jour les opérateurs dans l’optimisation des consommations.
