Our first aircraft charter of the year - A frosty start to the New Year 2025 ❄️ but we keep on moving 🛩️ Wishing everyone a very magical and Happy New Year💫
Founded in 2018, our French company specializes in innovative solutions for aircraft protection and storage. We have developed Smart Shield Covers, a patented technology concept designed and manufactured using advanced 3D modeling techniques. Modern aircraft are highly vulnerable to environmental conditions. Our Smart Shield Covers provide robust protection against harsh elements such as rain, snow, sand, UV radiation, extreme temperatures, and the most challenging factor—humidity—ensuring optimal preservation of your valuable assets. Additionally, our Connected Coverage solution provides real-time monitoring of an aircraft's parking status. Equipped with integrated sensors, the system transmits data to a secure server, allowing seamless access through a user-friendly mobile app. This ensures improved oversight and facilitates proactive maintenance planning.

🅿️✈️ In major capital cities, hangar availability at airports is often constrained, with occupancy rates exceeding 80%. Renting permanent facilities can cost between 1,500 and 5,700€ per month, depending on the aircraft's size and location, such as at Paris-Le Bourget. To address this challenge, CAS introduces an innovative and portable solution: Smart Shield protective covers. These modules of equipment are simple and quick to install, serving as an extension of the hangar and offering a flexible, efficient option directly in the parking lot. #Bizjet #Aviation #PrivateJet #Innovation #Technology #AircraftProtection #PrivateAviation #Startup #SmartCover #Smartshielcover #AircraftMaintenance #AviationEconomy #AircraftSmartProtectiveCovers

❄️✈️ The minimum external temperature of a private jet parked on a winter tarmac can drop to extreme lows, especially in harsh climates. In such conditions, temperatures may drop below -40°C, subjecting the aircraft to severe cold. This can lead to challenges such as freezing of the water system, necessitating a complete drainage of the circuit. Additionally, the main batteries might need removal to avoid damage or reduced performance. Snow accumulation on the jet can also shift its center of gravity, potentially causing it to tilt tail-heavy, posing risks to safety and stability. Prolonged exposure to freezing weather results in the buildup of frost, snow, and ice on the jet's exterior, making de-icing mandatory before takeoff. This essential procedure can cause operational delays and increase maintenance costs. These factors emphasize the importance of fully protecting the aircraft with CAS smart shield modules, which regulate temperature and humidity to prevent freezing issues and keep the jet in optimal condition for operation. The maximum external temperature of a private jet parked under the sun in desert climate can reach extreme levels, especially during summer. Outside, temperatures can exceed 50°C (122°F) in the shade. Under direct sunlight, the surface temperature of the jet, such as the fuselage or wings, can rise to 70 to 80°C (158 to 176°F) 🌡️🔥, depending on the color and material. Inside the aircraft, without ventilation, temperatures can climb to 60 to 70°C, creating hazardous conditions for both equipment and any heat-sensitive items. These reasons highlight the importance of solutions such as CAS modules, which protect the aircraft from extreme temperatures while maintaining ideal storage conditions. #Bizjet #Aviation #PrivateJet #Innovation #Technology #AircraftProtection #PrivateAviation #Startup #SmartCover #Smartshielcover #AircraftMaintenance #AviationEconomy #AircraftSmartProtectiveCovers
