A major milestone: ChangeNOW at COP16 Desertification! 🌍 We are deeply honored to announce that ChangeNOW has been mandated by the UN Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) to power the Business 4 Land Lounge at COP16 Desertification in Riyadh next week! This is the first-ever pavilion dedicated to showcasing private sector initiatives at a COP Blue Zone, and we are very proud to lead this initiative. This marks a historic opportunity to foster public-private dialogue and mobilize impactful solutions for land resilience and drought adaptation. There are three COPs each year—Climate, Biodiversity, and Desertification—each tackling urgent global challenges. This year’s COP16 Desertification will focus on restoring 1.5 billion hectares of land and achieving drought resilience by 2030. ChangeNOW is proud to contribute to this essential mission. Program highlights 📅 December 2-11: The Business 4 Land Lounge will host a curated program, facilitating high-level discussions among business leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and policymakers. 📅 December 4: Business for Land Day will bring together 400+ CEOs and leaders to present innovative solutions for land restoration, regenerative agriculture, new funding mechanisms, and more.
