The "Guidelines to Create a Digital Product Passport – the EU Project CircThread Experience" provides this critical answer. Once updated, the pre-standard will be freely available to support the DPP community, empowering businesses on their #DPP journey. ♻️ ℹ️ This official CEN Workshop Agreement was developed in collaboration with 100 experts as part of the EU-funded CircThread Project EU in partnership with UNI (Italy’s national standardization body) and EcoWise Ltd (CIRPASS-2 pilot partner). 🗳️ Now’s the chance to contribute! 🌍 Today we introduce you to PSS-PASS, a new EU-funded project dedicated to enhancing manufacturing sustainability by integrating products and services into a single, efficient Product Service System (PSS) ⚡ 🚨 Using digital tools, the project enables tracking and sharing of detailed lifecycle data—including product origins, components, and environmental impact. 💡Its key innovation, Digital Product Service System Passport (DPSSP) will help monitor and optimise product and service circularity, ensuring better reuse and recycling. Using Machine Learning (ML) and Digital Twins (DTs), it will optimise decision-making for sustainable and eco-friendly manufacturing. 👉 The project is developing tools and frameworks for: 🟢 Creating and updating methods for digital passports 🟡 Data-sharing environment for interoperability 🟢 Simulations with Digital Twins to assess lifecycles 🟡 AI tools to predict environmental impact 🤔 Will it be tested?
