    A good candidate relationship = 🙂🙂🙂 Keeping in touch with former candidates = 😃😃😃 The truth is, the “candidate relationship” doesn't start when a profile applies but long before, when you have to convince them to apply. Similarly, the “candidate relationship” doesn't end when the profile is not selected. Quite the opposite: it begins! This approach of keeping in touch is extremely relevant for: 💬 your employer brand reputation externally, within the network of these unsuccessful candidates ⌛ preparation for future hiring by building up pools of motivated, already-qualified candidates 💡 start building a community of candidates/future employee ambassadors This is one of the many actions possible with a CRM (Candidate Relationship Management): easily keep in touch with these profiles thanks to regular and above all: automated communications.
