Evaporative Condensers for Industrial Refrigeration ❄️ We are pleased to share one of our latest completed projects: two CFR-C-184 model #evaporativecondensers with centrifugal fans, customized according to the customer's specific requirements. In the province of Brescia, Italy, we installed two closed-circuit #coolingtowers for industrial #processcooling at a company specializing in cast-iron casting. We installed REF-C-022 and REF-C-038 evaporative coolers. Both are equipped with a double-speed motor, an electric basin heater up to -20°C, and a collection basin heater thermostat. The REF-C series cooling towers are designed for contamination-free water cooling. They feature a structure and panelling made from Z-725 hot-dip galvanized steel and low-noise, double-intake centrifugal fans. 📷 Past and present all in one picture. These photos capture N.14 Decsa cooling towers that are currently in use at a steel company in the Varese province, Italy. The most recent four units were installed in 2024. These are four open-circuit #coolingtowers of model TMA-EU 19-211G (without basin), customized with splash fill pack, PTC probe on electric motors, ladder, safety cage, and walking platform. The other ten units are cooling towers of model TMA 19-211S that were installed in 2018. Each unit, manufactured without the basin, was also equipped with a ladder, safety cage, walking platform, splash fill pack, and PTC probes on the electric motors. 📌 Installation site: Province of Varese, Italy 💧 Application: Process cooling for steel company ⚡ Power output: 3107 kW (for each unit in 2024) / 3363 kW (for each unit in 2018) #coolingforlife

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Nicola Ruiz de Cardenas, CEO of Decsa who left us this weekend after an accident in the Etna (Sicily) We all are deeply shaken and words cannot express how much Nicola will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, his loved ones, and the entire Decsa team during this difficult time. Nicola was much more than a leader, he was a visionary. His smile, his passion for his work, and his unwavering commitment to guiding and inspiring others made him a truly remarkable person. Having joined Decsa in 1992, Nicola took over the leadership of the company in 2004, carrying forward with pride and determination the legacy of his father, Dr. Gianluca de Cardenas. Under his guidance, Decsa not only embraced innovation and sustainability but also became a symbol of excellence within the COFINAIR Group, which it joined in 2022 and as well as its group executive comitee. Nicola’s passion for people and progress was the driving force behind Decsa’s success. His legacy will live on in the hearts of all those who were touched by his kindness, his wisdom, and his boundless energy. Riposa in pace, Nicola.
