𝐇𝐢𝐧𝐭: look at the smiling Santa on the TV behind me. 🎅 Beyond the early celebration of Christmas, it made me realize something really important. The most successful teams share one simple habit—𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐩. TUM reminds us how interconnected our work is, how much we’re collectively achieving, and yes, just how busy we all are! 😄 When everyone knows where we’re headed and how we’re getting there, it becomes easier to spot opportunities, tackle challenges, and—most importantly—create a safe space for everyone to contribute.     2024’s Auction & Resale Market Leaders: Who’s Leading and Who’s Chasing? The auction and reselling scene isn’t just heating up—it’s on fire. Our latest data spills the tea on who’s got market recognition and who’s clawing their way up the ranks. Let’s break it down: Kleinanzeigen still wears the crown, flexing a 62 -70% awareness rate all year. Even after a dip to 62% last October, it’s clear: Kleinanzeigen isn’t just here—it owns the space. Vinted is the undisputed favourite for fashion seekers, rising to 55% awareness in October 2024. Loved by eco-warriors and trendsetters alike, it’s a staple for anyone refreshing their wardrobe with pre-loved finds. 🎮 In the electronics and media zone, momox (holding steady at 49-50%) and rebuy (33-31%) have carved out solid niches. Not flashy, but steady—think trusted underdogs who know their worth. Depop needs a comeback plan. Awareness stayed at 4% in October—time to rethink the game plan if it wants Gen Z’s attention. Shpock and Quoka GmbH are stable too, floating around 21-22%, but could they do more? Rising Stars Alert: Back Market (awareness jumped to 14%) and Grover (steady rise from 8-11%) are riding the wave of demand for refurbished goods. Then we’ve got Sellpy and Catawiki, gaining traction with second-hand fashion and rare collectibles. Growth may be slow, but it’s unmistakable.
