J’ai eu le plaisir d’aller à la journée Les RH parlent aux RH organisée par la Ville de Levallois et constate que des changements sont en marche et ç'est top pour les collaborateurs ! 🔢Certains chiffres et nouveaux comportements poussent en effet les équipes RH à faire différemment ou à faire tout court : 🪞80% des français estiment que la manière de recruter d'une entreprise est à l’image de ce que doit être l’entreprise de l’intérieur. 🔌40% des nouvelles générations déclarent être prêts à abandonner un processus de recrutement si ils ne ressentent pas de feeling. 🤔70% de l’engagement d’un collaborateur est lié à son manager. 💡Voici quelques exemples de bonnes pratiques pour le recrutement : ➡️Le processus de recrutement doit être pensé comme une vitrine de sa marque employeur = « Re» penser l’accompagnement de ses collaborateurs du pré à l’off boarding. ➡️L’entreprise américaine ZAPPOS propose systématiquement en 2ème entretien de rencontrer votre « future » équipe. ➡️Réduire le nombre d’entretiens et le temps de process à moins d'1 mois. ➡️Faire des Feed back (traduction : retour qui nourrit😉) systématiques après chaque entretien et aussi à la fin, même si le candidat n’est pas retenu. ➡️Mettre en place le principe d’Alumni de collaborateurs qui ont 1 an d’entreprise et qui parrainent les nouveaux entrants. ➡️Annoncer dès les entretiens le plan de formation Enfin cet après-midi, j’ai assisté à 2 ateliers pilotés par BIRDS Coaching et Quilotoa autour de l'accompagnement et soumets à votre réflexion ces 2 🍬 : 💎Ce n’est pas parce que l’on fait quelque chose de bien que cela est une force, c’est une force quand cela nous procure du plaisir ! 🪞Ne parlons plus de Feed back positif ou négatif, mais de Feed Back de renforcement (ce qui marche bien) ou correctif (met en évidence ce qui mérite d'être amélioré).
