By joining forces, we have a mastery that extends from the substrate to the component, via epitaxy and doping. These are the key stages at the heart of performance in power electronics, where the material plays a major role ! 💡 Our two deeptech startups DIAMFAB & HiQuTe Diamond have their origins in renowned CNRS laboratories (Institut Néel CNRS & LSPM-CNRS), with unique French know-how. Together, we're going to contribute to the reindustrialization of France's semiconductor industry with a high-performance, sustainable material that meets the environmental challenges of the energy transition. 🎤 “Power semiconductors are at the heart of the growth of the world's economies.
