    Great leaders are often romanticized as a journey filled with inspiration and success. However, many of these leaders throughout history have faced numerous challenges, setbacks, and failures. The famous quote, “A person who never made a mistake never tried anything new,” captures the essence of courage and creativity. Many people see the perks of leadership, but many leaders also pay the price of leadership. When you have a burning desire to become one of the greats, you will stumble along the way. You will have to learn from your mistakes and evolve to ensure you are growing at the pace of change. The most successful leaders have often encountered criticism or been labeled failures. What sets them apart, however, is their commitment to embracing mistakes as part of the creative process. Take Thomas Edison, for example. When he worked on developing the lightbulb, he famously stated, “I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.” This perspective doesn’t just highlight resilience; it shows how learning from failure allows for continued refinement until success is achieved. By viewing each misstep as a chance to grow, leaders can adapt and improve their ideas.     A partir du 1er janvier 2025, certaines limites d'exonération sociale et fiscale en matière de prise en charge des frais de transport du salarié par l'employeur ne sont plus applicables (faute de prolongation). La synthèse en image pour ce qui concerne les frais de transport domicile↔️ lieu de travail : ✅La prime transport 🚗 Il s'agit ici de la prise en charge (facultative) par l'employeur : - des frais de carburant - et des frais d’alimentation des véhicules électriques, hybrides rechargeables ou à hydrogène. On parle ici des frais engagés par les salariés pour leurs déplacements entre leur résidence habituelle et leur lieu de travail. ⚠️Attention : désormais pour bénéficier de cette prime transport, le salarié doit remplir l'une des 2 conditions suivantes : 1) soit sa résidence habituelle ou son lieu de travail est situé en dehors de la région Ile-de-France et d’un périmètre de transports urbains ; 2) soit l'utilisation d'un véhicule personnel est rendue indispensable par des conditions d'horaires de travail particuliers ne permettant pas d'emprunter un mode collectif de transport. Ces conditions étaient neutralisées en 2024, ce n'est plus le cas en 2025. ✅Le forfait mobilités durables (FMD) La, on parle de la prise en charge (facultative) par l'employeur de frais de transport personnels de ses salariés lors de leurs trajets domicile-travail s'ils utilisent un moyen de transport alternatif : - Vélo personnel, - Covoiturage (y compris intra-familial), - Cyclomoteur, motocyclettes, - Autopartage de véhicules (sous conditions) - Trottinette, gyropodes, skateboard, etc. (non ça ne fonctionne pas pour son scooter perso, les VTC, le train ou les taxis) ✅Remboursement obligatoire de 50% des titres d’abonnement aux transports publics (ou service public de location de vélos). Ce qui change, c'est qu'il n'est plus possible en 2025 de bénéficier d'une exonération en cas de prise en charge par l'employeur supérieure à 50% et jusqu'à 75% ! But here's what I've learned: Yes, generations tend to share some common traits. But leaders need to know that understanding the  individual always beats following stereotypes. Look at your team: 💫 Some need detailed roadmaps. Others want creative freedom. 🤝 Some thrive on collaboration. Others produce their best work solo. 🎯 Some want daily feedback. Others prefer monthly check-ins. 💡 Some learn through doing. Others need time to process. The real secret to leading across generations? Forget what you think you know. Start fresh with each person. Ask them: • How do you prefer to receive feedback? • What does support look like for you? • How do you best learn new skills? • When are you most productive? Because when you drop the labels  and truly see each person... That's when teams don't just perform. They excel. That's when people don't just work. They thrive.
