This enables real-time monitoring of welding quality through temperature & plasma sensors, and helps us build a robust database to identify production errors at scale. 📌 Comprehensive qualification protocols: Every new product undergoes a rigorous, multi-step qualification process, including: Destructive testing: Electrical resistivity, mechanical resistance, and visual analysis using tools like binocular magnifiers. Non-destructive testing 📌 Pre-weld cleanliness control: Maintaining a clean surface before welding is critical. We ensure optimal conditions during this pre-welding stage to maximize final weld quality. 📌 Dedicated metrology space: We have established a state-of-the-art metrology lab to support our qualification protocols, reinforcing our commitment to precision and reliability. Building on momentum: North American expansion and insights from the Battery show US 🚀🔋 Reflecting on our visit to the Battery Show US in Detroit last week, this trip marks another step towards our expansion into North America. 🌎 Earlier this year, we conducted a roadshow across the US and Canada to strengthen our network and connections.
