As part of the European Disability Employment Week, Expressions Parfumées employees had the opportunity to learn more about disability.  A representative of the Éloquence de la Différence association visited our Grasse site alongside our nurse to provide information and raise awareness on disabilities and answer questions (disability, recognition as a disabled worker, support structures...). Since 2019, the Éloquence de la Différence association has been giving its beneficiaries the means to go beyond their disability to reveal their true potential, by providing training in eloquence. Last week, Expressions Parfumées welcomed a group of women supported by our partner the Fédération régionale CIDFF PACA in our Grasse headquarters. It was an opportunity to introduce our company through a presentation of our business. Following these visits, some of our employees volunteered to run #EGALIPLUS workshops at the CIDFF office to present their jobs. This enabled the participants to learn about new professions in a very concrete way, to exchange with professionals whom they were not used to talk to, and to realise that no career path is completely linear. Many thanks to the CIDFF for their commitment and their constant work in supporting these women who are far from employment.
