We are glad to announce that we have advised Râcines, a joint venture between Infragreen (the equity strategy funds of RGREEN INVEST) and Sun'R , into securing a €38 million in senior financing arranged by Crédit Agricole Transitions & Energies (CA-TE) to develop its dynamic agrivoltaic PV portfolio. This financing supports 11 assets totaling 32.3 MWp, jointly developed with Sun'Agri. The innovative Sun'Agri technology leverages AI-driven, custom-designed algorithms to tilt solar panels according to the crops’ precise sunlight or shade requirements—particularly critical for plantations in Southern France affected by climate change. With this transaction, Râcines expands its dynamic agrivoltaic PV capacity to approximately 58 MWp, reinforcing its leadership in this emerging field at the intersection of renewable energy and sustainable agriculture. We would like to thank RGreen Invest and Sun'R for their trust. Aurelien Ducroz participated with Jonathan Chodkiewiez, his co-skipper, to the iconic Rolex Middle Sea Race. This 606-mile race, from Malta to Sicily to Malta again, ended on October 24th after four and a half days at sea. 🏁 Our Paris-based Managing Partner Théo Barallon [first picture, on the left] was the surprise guest of this 45th Edition to team-up with Aurélien and Jonathan! 🏆 Congratulations are in order, since the Crosscall Sailing Team managed to finish at the third place (category Class40), despite a very eventful race. “We really pulled out all the stops and never let up [and] Théo helped us as much as he could” – Aurélien Ducroz “We went through a stormy first night with winds of over 40 knots and some spinnaker issues, a first for me, followed by two days without wind at all before finding more favorable conditions. It was an incredible experience" – Théo Barallon ⛵ After four years of a fruitful partnership with Aurélien, Finergreen is happy to continue in 2025! We are looking forward to sharing his path with our clients and our people. We would like to wish Aurélien the best for his winter adventures, as well as for his new book who has recently been published: https://lnkd.in/enZvFMEs.
