💡 Enhancing human Hematopoietic Stem and Progenitor Cells (HSPCs) transduction efficiency Genetic engineering of HSPCs is often hindered by their low susceptibility to transduction. With our gene delivery solutions, we achieve outstanding performances in these sensitive primary cells: 🧬 Integrative lentiviral vector: - High and stable transgene expression: ~90% transgene expression at MOI 50 in HSPCs with very high fluorescence intensity. - Phenotype integrity & viability: Transduced HSPCs maintain high cell viability and their native phenotype (CD34 marker expression is preserved). ⚡ RNA delivery technology: - Breakthrough efficiency: About 99% of HSPC ZsGreen expression 48 hours after transduction, starting at a dose as low as 0.1 pg of p24/cell. - Stem cell properties preserved: High expression levels while maintaining cell viability and phenotype. 🚀 Achieving high transduction efficiency in human T cells   In cell and gene therapy, genetic modification of T lymphocytes is often hampered by their resistance to transduction.
